Family-run bathroom retailer Ripples has revealed that it is celebrating its 35th year of trading this year. The brand, which was founded in 1988 by Roger and Sandra Kyme, has grown from one flagship showroom in Bath to an award-winning franchise with 15 showrooms nationwide with a further two opening in the Spring. Since its inception, Ripples has developed a reputation for creating innovatively designed and beautifully finished bathrooms, earning over 70 industry awards across the group.
Ripples works with acclaimed bathroom suppliers across Europe to offer clients a product range that includes baths, showers and enclosures, WCs, basins and brassware in a wide array of styles, colours and designs. It also offers unique collections and materials that provide something a little bit different including copper baths, special finish brassware and bespoke solid wood furniture.
Ripples, which has remained family owned and run throughout its history, has celebrated several landmark occasions over the past 35 years, including winning awards for bathroom design, showroom standards and franchise leadership. The team has worked on projects of every scale and style, including designing bathrooms for celebrity clientele, 5-star hotels and unusual spaces.
Ripples MD Paul Crow said: “We are immensely proud to have reached this impressive milestone and to have built a business, which has not just survived but thrived over the past 35 years. We believe our heritage is one of our core strengths as it instills a confidence in our clients who value the skills and expertise we’ve developed in almost 4 decades of trading. Our brand recognition, multiple awards and thousands of satisfied clients are testament to the dedication of our franchisees and the hard work of our team of in-house designers. We look forward to what the next 35 years will bring!”
