Roper Rhodes has announced the appointment of Nadia Provenza as its new sustainability manager, as it navigates its journey towards a more sustainable future and seeks to reduce its negative environmental and social impact.
Nadia began her career by completing a master's in sustainability and management at the University of Bath, and has since worked as a sustainability consultant, helping companies with their strategy. She then moved to an international paper packaging and recycling company as a sustainability co-ordinator and business partner. She has been involved in all aspects from training employees on the circular economy to leading activities and delivering on the company’s commitments, to working on sustainability strategies, roadmaps, policies, communication materials, and supporting customers’ requests.
She will be responsible for embedding sustainability across the Roper Rhodes organisation, working and collaborating with different departments and stakeholders. Among other objectives, she will be responsible for leading sustainability activities, delivering and reporting on sustainability commitments, identifying new opportunities, and focusing on carbon reduction.
