Reginox UK appoints Andy Robinson as contract specification manager

Reginox UK has announced it is stepping up its presence in the housebuilding and specification sector with the appointment of Andy Robinson as UK contract specification manager. Reginox, which manufactures and supplies sinks, taps, worktops and accessories, says it has built a reputation for the quality and depth of its range in the KBB and housebuilding and specification sectors over its 23-year history.

“Reginox is a very strong brand, well known for quality, innovation, being a reliable supplier, good on price and with an extensive range,” says Andy, who has worked in the KBB and housebuilding sectors for more than 40 years.

Dave Mayer, Reginox UK commercial director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Andy to the team. His knowledge and experience of the UK contract and specification sector is second to none.

“This is an area where we already enjoy success through working collaboratively with a large network of kitchen furniture manufacturers. However, Andy’s introduction shows our intent to target developers and contractors directly to secure specifications at source, which we will then support via our KFM network. We have already been asked to tender by developers, which is a good sign of the things to come.”

Andy joins Reginox from contract kitchen manufacturer Richmond Furniture, where he was national sales manager. He began his career as national account manager at Accent Kitchens UK, part of the Arnold Laver Group.

Based in the Netherlands with a UK headquarters in Cheshire, Reginox is acclaimed for the style and innovation of its wide-ranging array of stainless steel, composite and ceramic sinks, as well as conventional, filtered and boiling water taps in a multitude of finishes, all featuring the very latest technology, and all the accompanying accessories.

“Reginox is a strong multi-channel supplier,” added Andy. “We now need to educate the building sector at source about what we can offer and build on that. I’d like to think we can grow a team to service this sector as we expand the knowledge and reputation in the next 12 months.”
