British manufacturer Be Modern Group, the parent company of Atlanta Bathrooms, has been celebrating its 60th anniversary with a range of initiatives. As well as fundraising for local children’s charity Waves, the company has adopted eco-friendly transportation with electric/hybrid cars and is hosting celebratory gatherings for employees, owners, and customers.
Founded in 1964, Be Modern, which is based in Jarrow, Tyne & Wear, operates from a state-of-the-art facility spanning 500,000sq ft. As well as Atlanta Bathrooms, Be Modern designs and manufactures a wide range of heating products, including fireplaces and fires with brands, Elgin & Hall, PRYZM & Flare Collection.
Julian Pearson, commercial director at Be Modern, said: "We continually evolve as a business to stay ahead of the market. Our ability to keep key process in-house gives us the freedom to innovate and develop continuously."
The family-owned company which is a member of Made in Britain, says it remains ‘committed to upholding its values of quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, cementing its position as a trusted name in British manufacturing for generations to come’.
