Merlyn strengthens commitment to Pink Ribbon Foundation

Shower enclosure and wetroom specialist Merlyn has announced the continuation of its partnership with the Pink Ribbon Foundation (PRF), further developing the company’s commitment to supporting those affected by breast cancer. This October, Merlyn will be actively involved in 2 key initiatives designed to raise awareness and funds for this vital cause.

In October, Merlyn will sponsor the PRF’s PINKLondon2024 Party, which takes place at The Underglobe, below Shakespeare’s Globe, on the banks of the Thames. The event will celebrate the work of the Foundation to help those affected by breast cancer.

In addition to sponsoring the PINKLondon2024 Merlyn will launch its own new fundraising campaign, ‘Step Up to Breast Cancer’. Throughout the month of October, this campaign encourages KBB industry colleagues, suppliers, and supporters to sign up and take as many steps as they can to raise funds for the PRF. Participants are urged to gain sponsorship for their efforts, with all proceeds going directly to the Foundation’s work in supporting breast cancer patients.

The campaign is designed to not only raise funds but also promote health and wellness among participants, reflecting Merlyn’s ethos of wellness and delivering better living spaces. All participants who register will be entered into a draw to a chance to win a luxurious spa weekend.

“At Merlyn, we are deeply committed to supporting the incredible work of the Pink Ribbon Foundation,” said Eileen Slattery, marketing director at Merlyn. “Our involvement in the PINKlondon2024 party and the ‘Step Up to Breast Cancer’ campaign is showing our continued dedication to this cause. We are proud to stand alongside the Pink Ribbon Foundation in their tireless efforts to support those affected by breast cancer and to contribute to their mission in a meaningful way.”
