Laminam launches Slate into its 2mm-thick collection at Cersaie 2024

Laminam, the Italian porcelain surface manufacturer, has unveiled its newest 2mm-thick collection at Cersaie 2024. Slate joins the twO by Laminam brand, which it unveiled at Salone Del Mobile in Milan in April.

Inspired by the North American natural stone of the same name, Slate is designed to create versatile, varied, and original design schemes. It comes in five colours of Burgundy, Ankara, Alaska, Vulcano and Amazzonia.

Also showcased at Cersaie were new additions to the Gemini range, with a 1620 x 3240mm Full Size format and 12+ thickness now available. Keyboard, a new modular decorative element available in 7 colours was also introduced alongside additions to the I Naturali Collection and the Diamond series.

The company says it has recently filed a patent for its 2mm-thick ceramic surfaces, which it describes as more sustainable due to its slim format using less raw materials.
