InSinkErator welcomes new digital marketing and e-commerce manager

InSinkErator has announced the appointment of Jamie Griffin to digital marketing and e-commerce manager for Europe and Russia.

Jamie joins the company with an extensive background in digital marketing, from heading up digital communication teams and supporting business growth to implementing data-led, commercially backed, CRM and social media strategies. Jamie also has experience in the KBB industry following a three year stint as digital marketing manager with Bathstore, where he played a major role in the acquisition of Bathstore by Homebase from a digital perspective. Furthermore, Jamie’s digital marketing career has provided an insight into working in different territories, which will be imperative in his new role at InSinkErator.

Jamie says of his new appointment: “I’m really looking forward to implementing and amplifying digital and e-commerce strategies in the range of different markets for InSinkErator, while supporting the company’s exciting business growth plans. A key priority is to continue to raise awareness of the InSinkErator brand and educating consumers on the benefits of our product offering, especially food waste disposers.

“InSinkErator adapts with the changing times and continues to perform with impressive growth, year-on-year. A strong, consistent, digital presence is more important than ever with consumers spending more time at home, online, as well as re-investing in their homes.

“It’s great to be back in the buoyant KBB industry and I’m looking forward to the exciting times ahead, working with and supporting the already strong and ambitious InSinkErator team.”

Ashley Munden, managing director, EMEA, InSinkErator, says: “We are delighted to welcome Jamie to the team. His capabilities and knowledge of digital marketing, social channels and how best to utilise digital resources are impressive and, with our ambitious future growth plans, his skills will be invaluable in supporting the company now and in the future.”
