Anthill Software reveals record growth despite 2020 challenges

Anthill Software, which specialises in CRM, process management, order management and automation, has announced record growth of 32% year-on-year, in spite of the challenges to business throughout 2020. The company attributes 2020's growth and the strong start to 2021 to the highly customisable nature of its technology which provides both national KBB companies and independents with the power to digitise their unique business processes.

Major client wins for the brand have included Magnet CKS and John Lewis of Hungerford, and have supplemented retention of household names such as Homebase, Bathstore, Kutchenhaus and Starplan, which the business says has enabled it to maintain and increase its upward trajectory.

Anthill founder and CEO John Endeacott, pictured, said: “This year we have continued our relentless drive to add further value for our customers with major new features such as the dashboard builder and order management capabilities. I’m thrilled that this, coupled with our passion to deliver an amazing and proactive customer service, has resulted in a record year. We have so much planned for 2021 including new KBB partnerships and game-changing new releases, so watch this space!”

Magnet CKS managing director, Mark Hughes commented: “Anthill has played a pivotal role in our recent merger and is fast becoming a fundamental part of our business. Throughout our experience, the Anthill team have always gone the extra mile with incredible responsiveness, consistently tailoring the technology to our needs”
