Work surface specialist Königstone has added a new colour to its König Quartz portfolio – Monaco, a pale grey shade that incorporates a marble-like effect with a natural-looking grain along with delicate dark veining.
The brand says that its toughness and durability make quartz an ideal material for a kitchen or bathroom worktop, and the new colour will enable homeowners to brighten the look of their kitchen with a lighter shade, without the fears of potential stains or scratches. The highly scratch-, stain- and heat-resistant surface can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth, and has low porosity so that it won't stain even with brightly coloured foods such as chopped beetroot.
There are a total of 28 colours in the König Quartz portfolio, in a broad spectrum of tones ranging from white through to black.
