Clearwater Products has announced changes to its management team following the promotion of Andrew Hall, pictured above, from general manager to managing director. This key move has been made as procurement manager Daniel Boulton, pictured below, steps up to the position of sales & procurement director.
Both Andrew and Daniel are longstanding Clearwater employees who have worked for the company for 20 years in various positions.
Andrew’s promotion to MD marks a pivotal moment in his career and reflects his commitment, loyalty and deep understanding of the organisation’s culture and values. Throughout his 20-year journey with Clearwater, Andrew has managed various departments, gaining a deep understanding of the business and its interconnected parts. With a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency, Andrew has been instrumental in maximising the profitability of the company and strengthening Clearwater’s competitive edge.
Andrew said: “I’m honoured to take up the role of Managing Director at Clearwater and relish the opportunity to leverage my extensive experience, deep understanding of the company and established relationships to lead the organisation into its next chapter.”
Daniel's journey with Clearwater began in 2005 with a successful work experience placement, leading to a part-time role. In 2008, at the age of 18, he transitioned to a full-time position as a warehouse junior. This hands-on experience across various roles and departments proved invaluable, allowing him to develop a deep understanding of the company's operations and products. His acquired skills and knowledge played a pivotal role in Clearwater's product development and brand progress, contributing significantly to its success.
