TKC has launched a new secure online payment portal in order to offer flexibility for those customers who pay in advance for goods purchased.
The new payment portal, which is now available, is aimed at customers who typically place orders by phone and prefer to pay for goods when they place their order, rather than have a monthly account. The company says that the process is easy, quick and secure.
Customers will receive a link to the portal in their order confirmation email giving them the option to pay via the secure platform. Details of the order and amount owed are pre-populated in the portal by TKC to make the transaction easy and quick for the end customer.
TKC launched its online ordering system last year and says that its ease and speed has been well received, with recent upgrades to further improve navigation and functionality. The latest payment portal further responds to the changes in customers’ working practices since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic.
