RAK Ceramics has welcomed Neil Swallow to the team. Neil joins the business as regional retail manager for the South as part of the brand's efforts to provide excellent customer service and support to its network of UK retailers.
Looking after RAK Ceramics retailers in the southern part of the country, Neil brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his new role. A stalwart of the bathroom industry, Neil has worked in the bathroom industry for 33 years. As well as holding roles including account manager and national sales manager, Neil also managed his own showroom for six years, giving him a real understanding of life as a retailer.
Prior to joining RAK Ceramics Neil was a sales agent for many leading brands, making him a familiar name in the industry.
