Flair Showers develops training manual to support new bathroom retailers
To support new starters in the bathroom retail industry, Flair Showers has produced a comprehensive Training Manual designed to build a strong foundation of product knowledge. The guide provides an introduction to shower enclosures and the wider showering category, which can be further enhanced through dedicated training at Flair’s purpose-built Visitor Centre in Dublin.
Developed in collaboration with its retail partners, the new manual by Flair includes an easy-to-follow overview of the key shower features, types of enclosures, tray styles and configurations, as well as information on Flair’s fitting systems and the benefits to the installer. Illustrated with detailed diagrams and imagery of enclosure styles and finishes available from Flair, the guide is packed with practical information to assist new retail staff on their learning journey.
Available to its retail partners, in print and digital formats, the manual is designed to be the first step in the learning journey. To continue developing their expertise, retailer partners are encouraged to visit the Flair Visitor Centre in Dublin, a space that brings the design, engineering, and innovation of a Flair shower to life. Visitors can explore the Harmony and Flair PRO collections, receive hands on product training and gain exclusive access to the on-site testing zone, where every design is rigorously tested for quality and performance.
Sarah-Jane Tyndall, retail sales director, Flair Showers, said: “At Flair, we are committed to supporting our retail partners every step of the way. They are integral to our success, and we’re pleased to introduce our new Flair Showers Training Manual to help champion the next generation of bathroom retailers. With an abundance of styles and configurations available, we want to ensure that our retail partners have the tools and the knowledge to help customers choose the perfect shower enclosure for their space. Early feedback from our retail partners has been really positive, and we’re delighted to see it already becoming a go-to training resource across our network.”
