As the countdown to KBB Birmingham 2026 hots up, Nicola Hanley shares some of the bathroom innovations you can expect to see during the show’s 40th anniversary edition.
From 1st - 4th March, the KBB industry will be heading to the NEC once again for the biennial KBB Birmingham exhibition, where leading bathroom brands will be among the 320 exhibitors unveiling their latest launches. Event organisers are looking to welcome over 15,000 visitors to the 40th anniversary event, which will focus on future-forward design and consider how sustainability, smart technology and personalisation are meeting consumer requirements.
"Bathroom retailers will find KBB Birmingham 2026 an unmissable opportunity to discover the very best in bathroom design, innovation and product development,” says Sam Fisher, KBB Birmingham’s event director. “This year’s show brings together an exceptional range of bathroom‑specific solutions, from sanitaryware and brassware to furniture, surfaces, showering, storage and smart technologies. Visitors can get hands‑on with the latest launches, explore demonstrations, and immerse themselves in material and technology innovations shaping the modern bathroom – whether that’s sustainable materials, water‑efficient fittings, or next‑generation accessories and components.
“KBB Birmingham has always been the industry’s meeting place, and this landmark 40th anniversary edition offers bathroom retailers the chance to strengthen supplier relationships, discover new brands entering the UK market, and gather fresh ideas to elevate their showrooms and stay ahead of consumer demand. It’s the perfect environment to understand upcoming design trends, compare solutions side-by-side, and gain the insights needed to drive commercial growth in the year ahead."
