MHS Radiators launches smart Decoral Electric WiFi radiator

MHS Radiators has launched the Decoral Electric WiFi – a radiator that can be managed via a smartphone app, alongside compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

The Decoral Electric WiFi is a lightweight electric radiator that can be controlled remotely via the Domus One smartphone app. Homeowners can set or adjust weekly heating schedules from any location, as well as manage individual temperatures of multiple radiators to avoid wasting energy. There’s also the added benefit of being able to turn the Decoral Electric WiFi on or off when at work or on holiday.

Part of MHS Radiators’ aluminium collection, the new Decoral Electric WiFi quickly reaches the desired temperature and comes with a range of energy-saving features to help cut down on energy usage and costs. The aluminium alloy body has low thermal inertia ensuring the radiator heats up and cools down faster than steel radiators or underfloor heating. The open window detection function switches the radiator off when it senses a drop in temperature, preventing energy being wasted when doors or windows are inadvertently left open.

Alex Bradley, operations manager at MHS Radiators, said: “We’re really excited to launch Decoral Electric WiFi – it’s one of our most innovative and contemporary models. The radiator’s easy-to-use smartphone app, and compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, makes it a great addition to any modern home. With the UK government’s plans to stop the installation of gas boilers for central heating in new properties from 2025, we’re increasingly seeing homeowners turning to electric heating as an affordable alternative that offers optimum flexibility and smart functionality.”
