Neue Alno parent company Riverrock begins hunt for investors

Riverrock, parent company of German kitchen manufacturer Neue Alno, has revealed that it has embarked on a search for a new co-investor or owner for the Pfüllendorf-based brand. The company has revealed that its goal in the medium and long term is to continue with the brand's planned investments in IT systems and production facilities, but that it hopes to do so alongside a future owner or investor.

Riverrock said that it has achieved its interim goal for 2020 and realigned the Alno brand with the help of joint CEOs Jochen Braun, pictured left, and Michael Spadinger, right, and their team, and is now positioning itself for future growth. It added: "Almost all areas of the company have been recruited with well-known industry specialists, and sales partners have been establishd in all relevant target markets. Despite the challenges caused by the Corona virus in 2020, sales increased by 62%."

It concluded: "The intermediate goal set by Riverrock has [consequently] been achieved."
