Mark Phelan has joined Moores as head of customer experience – a newly created role that sits within the senior management team. Mark’s primary objective is to help Moores continue their journey of delivering exceptional customer service. 

Mark has had a career working across varied sectors including financial services, the hairdressing industry, global distribution, and housebuilding, with excellent customer service remaining a constant throughout. Mark said: “I am passionate about customer experience and am excited to be joining Moores: a company with massive future potential. I look forward to supporting the business in delivering even better 'best in class' customer service that really differentiates us from the competition.”
