The new Wolf Induction Range from Sub-Zero & Wolf has been completely redesigned to provide a 'sleek alternative' to the brand's professional-style Dual Fuel Range, without its signature red knobs, but with a completely integrated touch-control panel on top instead.
The new oven's convection system is said to provide reliably even heat for consistent multi-rack cooking, with a cooktop featuring a full-colour touch screen for intuitive control. The 10 cooking programmes have been developed by Wolf chefs to maximise the oven's performance, with modes including Bake, Broil (Grill), Convection, Convection Roast, Dehydrate, Gourmet, Proof, Roast, Stone, and Warm.
Backed by a 5-year warranty, Wolf appliances are said by the brand to be built and tested to last for at least 20 years of daily use.
