David Fell has joined Falmec UK as regional business manager for the North of England to drive sales of Falmec’s specialist extraction and induction appliances in Yorkshire, Lancashire and Merseyside.
The addition of David to Falmec’s UK sales team is said by the company to reflect a significant increase in sales and enquiries for the brand since the height of the pandemic. The company reports that revenues are up by 112% – almost doubling the record achieved following its launch as Falmec’s UK subsidiary at the beginning of 2020.
David is known by premium kitchen retailers in the north of the country as for the last 23 years he has been covering a similar area for Blanco UK. As a result, he has already had significant experience in selling cooker hoods, alongside the brand’s hallmark sink and tap ranges.
Starting his career at Wellmann Kitchens where he worked for nine years, David went on to spend four years at distributor, Kershaw Distribution in the North of England, selling Blanco, Astracast and other kitchen appliances.
In his new role as regional manager at Falmec, David is reunited with former MD Ron Blount, who heads up the UK sales team.
