The 1810 Company brings together two innovations in new AXIX HEX sink

With the introduction of the AXIX HEX, The 1810 Company says it is bringing together 2 of its most distinctive innovations to revolutionise one of its original concepts by merging with its new, award-winning sink surface.

In 2018, 1810 announced the revolutionary AXIX sink range – an original concept combining stainless steel base with sink walls cladded in worktop material, creating a beautifully integrated, seamless finish. Now, that concept has evolved. By merging the original AXIX concept with the HEX sink base, designers can now blend 2 standout aesthetics to create a sink solution which the company says is designed to become a true focal point.

Designed to give fabricators and designers greater creative freedom, the AXIX concept enables compatible solid surface, quartz and and stone worktops to be fabricated into the sink itself, creating its characteristic integrated appearance. The HEX surface brings more than a new aesthetic to AXIX. Its distinctive textured base offers increased scratch resistance and promotes fast drainage, helping the sink maintain its appearance for longer. The sink is also approved for use with Quooker 100°C boiling water taps, manufactured from 1810’s premium 1.2mm-thick stainless steel material with Insusound coating.
