Simon Acres Group (SAGL) has announced that it will introduce its new KBB support service field team to the industry at KBB Birmingham 2022.
The sales team has been brought together to support Jordan Burns, director of services at the leading KBB and merchant services provider.
The industry-specific suite of services on offer is designed to help retailers manage their businesses more effectively, close additional sales and increase order values. Services available are said to extend beyond the core SAGL offerings of recruitment, training and media, and include: qualified sales enquiries, a jobs board, finance, deposit protection, design support, HR, flexible payment solutions and wellness health checks.
Burns said: "We have brought the dedicated sales team together in response to increased demand for these services, as retailers and merchants take up new business opportunities from increased spending by consumers on home improvements. The beauty of our offer is that businesses can take as little or as much as they want from the selection, knowing that they are all backed by the experience and knowledge of handpicked industry specialists".
Training is key to this year's offering, with industry experts Ray Isted, Renée Mascari and Suzanne Skeete to be represented on SAGL's KBB Birmingham stand by the sales team to showcase their new online training courses. These include an Introduction to Showroom Appliances Sales, Principles of Kitchen Design and Wellness in the KBB Workplace.
In addition to this SAGL will be strengthening its commitment to the promotion of workplace wellbeing by donating £5,000 to be the main sponsor of TT Training Academy’s Courageous Kids Awards 2022. The funds for the donation are coming via pledge from SAGL to refrain from using plastic marketing merchandise for the duration of KBB Birmingham
