CAD software specialist Compusoft + 2020 greeted customers for the first time as a combined company at this year’s KBB Birmingham show, which they say enabled them to demonstrate their key uniting theme – offering software solutions that take designers every step of the way 'from inspiration to installation'.
At the show, Compusoft showcased and offered training sessions on Winner Flex, introducing its new Flex platform to customers – a new cloud platform that gives customers the freedom to work from anywhere, respond to customers faster and collaborate more easily. Compusoft also showcased a new room measurement app for the first time. Connecting directly to Winner and Innoplus, the Room Survey app makes it easier for retailers and installers to accurately record room measurements in their onsite surveys, ensuring designers have a reliable room plan from the start.
Meanwhile, 2020 demonstrated how its Ideal Spaces connects customers with retailers to generate leads on their websites, and Customer Success teams were on hand to demonstrate the capabilities of their interactive VR headsets. As well as welcoming existing 2020 Technologies and Compusoft customers to the stand, the company says it met lots of new customers.
2020 UK MD Tim Lambert commented: “It’s been really exciting to be able to share a space and showcase everything we have to offer across both companies – a truly unparalleled content platform featuring everything a KBB business could possibly need from a sales and design perspective, along with levels of support seen nowhere else in the industry. It’s still very early in our journey together but visitors will be able to see the huge breadth we offer as a combined company, which is amazing.”
Compusoft GB MD, Alex Ainge added: “It has been great to come together as one company and see our customers and partners again – some of whom we’ve not seen for two years or more! Being close to our customers keeps us at the forefront of the industry, so getting that feedback and seeing people again is important to us. After two very long years and a lot of change, we’ve relished being able to show people the new technology and how this can help them grow.”
