Extraction appliance specialist Falmec UK has appointed Stuart Ridge as its first chief financial officer.
Stuart joined Falmec UK in April 2022 after 12 years at Blanco UK where he held a similar role as financial director. During his tenure at Blanco, Stuart worked with three different MDs, including Ron Blount, now the sales development manager at Falmec UK.
Ron Blount said: “At the rate at which Falmec is growing in the UK, we now need proper fiduciary control, and this is what Stuart brings to the business. He is well respected in the kitchen world and a real asset to have on our team”
A chartered accountant by profession, Stuart has spent the majority of his career in industry, first in motoring and then in logistics and manufacturing. He brings a wealth of experience to Falmec UK, both professionally and personally.
Says Stuart: “This is a pivotal moment to join Falmec UK as the company is developing at such an impressive rate. My objective is to help Falmec UK to continue to grow profitably and to ensure that the growth is sustained.”
