Speakers announced for KBSA Kitchen & Bathroom Conference

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has announced two new speakers for its upcoming KBSA Kitchen & Bathroom Conference

Dr Martin Littlewood and Andy McLachlan will be taking to the stage at the event, which is happening next month in the West Midlands.

Andy McLachlan (pictured above) is a published author, entrepreneur and leadership coach, and will present a morning session at the event titled Great People for Amazing Profit. On a mission to help companies improve their culture, he'll discuss how to help nurture industry leaders who can empower teams and build an amazing brand.

Within his talk, he'll share ideas on how leading businesses around the world are learning to connect better with both their staff and their clients, in turn driving success and profit.

Dr Littlewood is one of the UK's leading performance psychologists. He's widely recognised as a foremost consultant in professional football and has worked in the English Premier League for the last 17 years; he's also an Associate Professor at Liverpool John Moores University.

He's passionate about "connecting people to drive performance" and co-creates bespoke individual and team development performance plans that are linked to the core objectives of their business.

The two speakers will be taking to the stage at the KBSA Kitchen & Bathroom Conference, which is taking place at The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Royal Sutton Coldfield on 28 September 2022. The event will be followed by the 2022 Design Awards, which the KBSA recently announced would be hosted by Sally Phillips.

Speaking about the event, KBSA national chair Richard Hibbert says: "The conference is a not to be missed opportunity to gain an insight into future opportunities and challenges for the independent retailer. Our speakers will provide expert knowledge, which will help retailers build their businesses and improve profitability".

Tables can be booked for the conference by all retailers and manufacturers from the industry, not just KBSA members. Find out more here.
