The Bathroom Manufacturers Association (BMA) is calling on its members to enter its Sustainability Awards 2022 to shine a light on the innovation and passion for changing and reducing environmental impacts within the sector.
Sustainability is a crucial pillar of the association’s activities, reflective of its members’ initiatives to improve energy and water efficiency, adopt innovation and move toward a circular economy. This year’s awards will build on the success of the 2021 awards, which hosted more than 90 guests and highlighted the efforts being made by manufacturers. The association is calling for entries to be submitted by 1st September, ready for shortlist announcements later in the month.
To enter, a 300 to 400-word narrative explaining the project, product, or initiative is needed to be considered by the judges. The entry should cover the background and team members involved, the processes and also the outcomes. Additionally, entries should be accompanied by a video of up to three minutes.
The categories include the Carbon Reduction Award, the Water Efficiency Award, the Circular Economy Award, the Workplace Initiative Award, the Behaviour Change Award, and the Early Journey Award.
