Acquabella has unveiled the Delia collection – an innovative set consisting of the award-winning Delia Zero washbasin along with co-ordinating furniture. The new Delia Zero is described as a 'semi-totem' product with a deep and spacious basin and integrated drain, that is manufactured with Akron – a resin and mineral filler material with high technical properties and quality patented by Acquabella. The properties of the material are said to guarantee high levels of hygiene, extreme resistance to impact and thermal shock, and a high-definition finish.
The basin's distinctive feature is the special pleated relief that appears on the lower half of the exterior. With 'fluted' designs being currently on trend, this softly wavy base is intended to provide movement without impacting on the overall silhouette of the basin, creating a harmonious balance with the smooth, homogeneous upper half. The smoothness of the entire surface is possible thanks to the Zero texture.
The basin can be installed wall-hung, on a countertop with a vanity unit or on the new Delia furniture, designed by Acquabella to fit perfectly with the washbasin, providing space for storing bottles or other accessories.
Both the Delia basin and the shelf of its structure can be customised, choosing from over 2,000 colours.
