Appliances from high-end German manufacturer Miele are taking centre stage in the new state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen at Hampshire’s Exton Park Vineyard, where award-winning premium English sparkling wines such as Reserve Blends of Blanc de Blancs, Brut, Rosé, and Blanc de Noirs are produced.
Located within the spacious dining room in the purpose-built Exton Hall, the demonstration kitchen includes a chef’s table with seating for up to eight guests. Here diners can see the appliances being put through their paces by visiting British Michelin-starred chefs such as Simon Rogan and Tommy Banks.
The appliances that Miele provided include its Generation 7000: ESW 7010 Warming Drawer, VitroLine DGC 7845X Compact Combi Steam Oven, CS 7632 FL SmartLine Tepan Yaki, Miele H 7860 BP oven with MoisturePlus and Miele H 7860 BPX oven with TasteControl.
Earlier this month Miele hosted an event at the vineyard where Tommy Banks, pictured left, and Miele’s lead chef Cesar Fernandez, pictured on the right, cooked a delicious six-course lunch for guests using the appliances, with the meal accompanied by Exton Park's fine wines.
