The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) is building on its longstanding relationship with Wren Kitchens by forming a partnership with its newly-formed contracts division.
As a BiKBBI Retail Installation Standards Partner, Wren Contracts plans to approach the new build sector in a unique and forward-thinking way, reducing the complexity and risk associated with installation and engaging and supporting the installation community.
Matthew Weatherill, contracts operations manager at Wren Kitchens, pictured, said: “Since 2009, our achievements in the retail sector have increased significantly, driven by our commitment to provide an outstanding customer experience. This same commitment extends to our entry into the contracts market, where our newly introduced Contracts Installation Service, coupled with our wealth of experience, mirrors our success in the retail sector. We are proud to offer both sectors a FIRA Gold Accredited Installation Service, and we firmly believe that we can provide developers with an unparalleled service in the contract market."
Damian Walters, BiKBBI CEO, commented: “Our work with the retail team at Wren has gone from strength to strength since 2017, and it has been a privilege to be part of their continued growth within the sector both here in the UK and overseas. Wren is a business with a focus on delivering a robust service, and I am certain that their entry into the contracts sector will be no different. Wren’s ethos on working with exceptional installers is progressive and therefore I am pleased that they have made the decision to work with us within their new contracts proposition.”
