Appliance manufacturer Küppersbusch has announced the launch of its new ProfiLine Design K-Series.8 hobs, featuring six new gas models and two new dual fuel choices. Setting the style standard, the 90cm KIG 9850.0 is presented in sleek Matt Black glass to create an eye-catching kitchen and island centrepiece.
Offering home cooks the flexibility of a 6kw dual gas burner and four induction zones in one, the new induction boasts 10 power levels, with ‘GlideControl’ meaning a single touch enables the user to glide to the chosen power level for precision cooking. It also boasts a choice of nine pre-defined levels, ideal to prevent pans boiling over or dry for an effortless cooking experience. The special pre-programmed functions include the versatility to quick boil, melt, keep warm, for pasta, poach, confit, fry, roast and grill your favourite dishes to perfection.
The latest hob innovation also offers instant access to the ‘bridge’ function, allowing you to bridge front and back induction zones to create a dedicated space for larger pans or trays. Ideal for wok cooking, the dual burner features variable power control and is fitted with a full safety device. The induction is also fully equipped with key safety features including a ‘stop and go’ button, as well as a residual heat indicator and holiday shut down mode for total peace of mind.
Küppersbusch also offers matching oven and hood styles to create a seamless appliance feel.
