Omega Plc recognises employees in World Quality Week

British kitchen manufacturer Omega celebrated World Quality Week by recognising the hard work, dedication, and valuable contribution of their employees with a series of awards for outstanding service to quality.

The week commenced with the employee appreciation awards, where Dave Curtis, quality manager, and members of the management team highlighted outstanding and dedicated individuals across various departments who drive positive changes and make a significant impact in their respective areas. In recognition of their commitment to quality, each of the selected employees was presented with a £50 voucher.

Additionally, Dave Curtis delivered a series of presentations to the company, emphasising Omega's ongoing commitment to quality and outlining the company's vision for 2024 and 2025. As a testament to Omega's employee's unwavering commitment, company directors joined the manufacturing teams on the factory floor, engaging in quality-driven tasks that are essential for delivering exceptional finished kitchens.

Dave Curtis said: “World Quality Week gave us an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the achievements of the hard-working employees who go above and beyond to deliver excellent quality from production and design to service and delivery. We also used the week to immerse staff from all areas of the business in Omega’s quality control practices and ethos. Our journey toward quality isn’t just a one-week event but an ongoing and collective effort achieved by the commitment of all Omega employees.”
