Elite home appliance brand Sub-Zero & Wolf has unveiled its Subterranean Cook School at its newly refurbished flagship showroom. Led by professional chef and Sub-Zero & Wolf resident home economist, Olivia Burt, its interactive sessions aim to educate aspiring owners on the brand’s appliances and equip them with recipes to replicate at home.
Set in Sub-Zero & Wolf’s new theatre kitchen in Knightsbridge, the bi-monthly sessions will accommodate intimate groups of up to 8 guests, who will see its extensive range of products in action. Themes of the school are scheduled to change seasonally, and the programme commences with Mastering your Christmas – a 4-hour session designed to take the stress out of festive cooking. This extended class will unmask how the experts seamlessly cater for large groups, and steer participants though festive recipes.
New year themes will include Eat Yourself Healthy and Make the Most of Your Leftovers. Further sessions are set to launch in 2024, including dinner party cooking and perfect pastry. Sub-Zero & Wolf Subterranean Cook School sessions are open to all and include refreshments and a branded cool bag to take away freshly prepared meals.
