Kitchen and bedroom distributor PWS has announced the Silver X Group as its new transport provider. The company says this move will create a new and improved service that will feature an expert delivery team and a brand-new, dedicated and upgraded PWS delivery fleet of predominantly 24 plate vehicles – including 18 tonne and 7.5 tonne sizes. All larger vehicles will also feature tail lifts, reducing the need for assisted delivery.
The new service will allow deliveries to be made on appropriately sized vehicles, resulting in a quicker, hassle-free exchange. All PWS drivers will be in uniform and trained to a high standard, providing the best possible customer service, whilst the Customer Service Team can now also provide customers with an ETA for all orders.
Founded in 2013, the Silver X Group has built a reputation for combining industry-leading customer support with innovative logistics and fulfilment solutions. It offers daily services across the UK, extensive warehouse storage space and a dedicated PWS fleet.
