Bath-based bathroom brand Roper Rhodes has announced that it has been awarded Great Place to Work certification for the third year in a row.
The latest certification comes as its overall workplace satisfaction rating increased from 68% in 2023 to 80% in 2024. The company says the growth ‘reflects the collective effort of the entire Roper Rhodes team and ongoing initiatives to prioritise employee wellbeing, engagement, and development’.
Roper Rhodes now features among the Best Workplaces for Manufacturing, Production, and Transportation and is recognised as one of the Best Workplaces for Women in the UK.
Since last year’s award, the business has committed to listening to employee feedback and taking positive actions to improve working lives. This included re-visiting remuneration and benefits packages, as well as providing charity days and encouraging employees to adopt plants, fostering a sense of community and well-being.
