DeVOL to open new West Hollywood showroom in October

DeVOL has announced it is set to open a brand-new showroom on 16th October in West Hollywood, in the centre of the Los Angeles Design District. The new showroom measures just over 2,600sq ft, and features 6 displays showcasing all the company's handcrafted furniture and accessories.

The showroom has been designed in the brand's signature vintage style 'to make the spaces feel just like home'. There will be a powder room, a bar, English kitchens and a tropical courtyard where customers can take afternoon tea while one of their designers plans out their new DeVOL kitchen.

DeVOL was founded in 1989 by Philip deVries and Paul O’Leary – the name deVOL is an amalgamation of their initials. In 2012 the company purchased Cotes Mill, a historic 16th-century water mill on the banks of the River Soar, just outside Loughborough. In 2014 it opened a showroom in Clerkenwell, purchasing a 3-storey townhouse just down the road on St John's Square 2 years later. In April 2019 DeVOL went stateside and opened its New York showroom.

DeVOL now has over 400 members in its team, and in 2024 it was granted the King's Award for Enterprise for International Trade.
