UK retailers join MHK UK in East Westphalia for Küchenmeile 2025
This September, MHK UK accompanied a number of kitchen studio owners to the annual Autmn Fair / Küchenmeile event in Germany to bring inspiration back to the UK. Meetings with supplier and member partners – a huge focus of the MHK Group – continues to build strength between the leading brands and independent UK businesses in the KBB sector.
Once again, East Westphalia became the hub of the European kitchen industry as MHK trading partners, alongside leading kitchen brands, gathered at Gut Böckel from 20th-25th September 2025. At its own event – and under the motto ‘All in. All possible’ – MHK focused on strengthening partnerships. The buying group (which now has over 4,300 independent retail members Europe-wide) presented itself as an invaluable source of inspiration for the kitchen retail trade, offering practical support, outstanding member benefits, and real added value.
Traditionally, the Autumn Fair highlights new products, smart designs, and forward-thinking solutions from the industry across furniture, accessories, and electrical appliances. In recent years, there has been an increased focus on innovative tools and solutions for kitchen planning and sales. And once again, MHK demonstrated how it helps his retailers to stay competitive and customer-focused in a fast-evolving market.
David Morris, sales director MHK UK, said: “Personal exchange within the international MHK community is essential. It’s not often that independent kitchen studio owners have the platform to speak with industry leaders at the biggest brands. This is why I recommend visiting the Autumn Fair at least once. I want to extend our thanks to UK members who took the time out of their busy schedules running studios to join us for the event.”
