Caesarstone UK announces two key appointments for its sales team
Caesarstone UK has announced key appointments and changes within its UK sales team as part of a restructure aimed at improving efficiency and service for its partners.
Holly Barns, pictured left, has been promoted to head of sales for the GB market, taking up the new role with immediate effect. Holly has been with Caesarstone for 6 years, starting as area sales manager and most recently serving as regional sales manager. Holly brings extensive experience in developing strategic client relationships, driving sales growth, and leading high-performing teams across the UK. She has played a key role in expanding Caesarstone’s presence in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Supporting the leadership team, Sharon Nijjar, pictured right, has taken up the role of sales excellence lead. Sharon brings significant experience in programme management, process improvement and the UK building industry. In her new role, she will focus on enhancing sales processes, supporting the team with strategic initiatives and ensuring Caesarstone continues to deliver outstanding service to all its partners.
Delara Etemadi continues in her role as regional manager for London, now expanded to cover the South Coast and surrounding home counties. Colleen Burns remains as regional sales manager for Ireland, including Northern Ireland. Both Delara and Colleen have been instrumental in strengthening Caesarstone’s relationships with studios and fabricators and driving product adoption across their territories.
Edward Smith, MD, Caesarstone UK & ROI, commented: "These appointments and changes within our UK sales team reflect Caesarstone’s ongoing commitment to growth, innovation and excellence in customer service. Holly, Delara, Colleen and Sharon have the expertise, leadership and passion required to strengthen our sales operations and ensure our partners receive the highest level of support. We look forward to building on our success across the UK and Ireland as we move into 2026."
With continued growth across its porcelain and ICON crystalline silica-free portfolios, Caesarstone says these appointments underscore its dedication to progress, partnership and design excellence, while maintaining a focus on listening, improving and delivering exceptional service.
