Tile specialist Ceramique Internationale has launched Moons – a new encaustic tile collection.
The range of colourful 200 x 200mm decorative glazed porcelain wall and floor tiles is produced by Italian manufacturer Marco Corona, and is available in six striking patterns. All the patterns display the worn-looking effect of hand-printed encaustic cement tiles, and come in classic shades of blue and white, with two patterns also available in beige and terracotta. With a high anti-slip rating, they can be used in high-traffic areas, and in kitchens and bathrooms.
Director of Ceramique Internationale, Peter Vann, said: “This style of tile has been around for many centuries and has evolved since then. Encaustic-style patterns have been growing in popularity in the last few years and the Moons collection is an extremely versatile one that can be used all over the home.”
