Franke has appointed two new apprentices into the business, covering two different aspects of the company. Max Girdwood, right, has been taken on as a marketing apprentice and Audley Key, pictured left, as a warehousing apprentice.
Max will be completing his L4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship over the next 18 months and at the end of the qualification will be awarded a CIM Certificate in Marketing. Audley, who has joined as a warehousing apprentice, will be completing his Level 2 Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship.
Franke says that it is committed to offering talented and ambitious young people career development opportunities. The company has revealed that it has previously successfully supported many apprentices, interns and work experience students who have gone on to become integral members of the team.
Jo Rawston, sales and marketing director at Franke, said: “We are delighted to have Max and Audley join the team and undertake their apprenticeships with Franke. We feel that apprentices are an important asset to the business as they bring in fresh new ideas and enthusiasm to their roles. We also feel it is great to be able to provide young people with the opportunity to start their career and earn a wage, whilst gaining their qualifications.”
