Simon Acres Group restructures for future growth

KBB and merchant service provider Simon Acres Group, (SAGL) has restructured the business, streamlining its divisions to offer clients clear communication channels for each service.

The strategic review has resulted in the appointment of a number of new directors tasked with driving their business areas forward. These include appointments to the holding company SAGL of: Aiden Cowell, group operations director; Kordian Pach who takes on the role of group marketing director; Jordan Burns as director of services; and newly appointed Neil Cooke as director of finance.

Recently formed Simon Acres Recruitment Ltd is headed by director Ben Paine, and Henesh Chotai becomes director of KBB Recruitment Ltd, a 16-year established business acquired by the group during 2019.

To support the growing number of clients, Andrew Wright takes on the company wide role of operations director.

MD Simon Acres said: “Director of Services is an important new role created to enable Jordan to continue his work with our customers, helping them understand the range of solutions that we can offer to support their businesses. While we have built an enviable reputation as a leader in recruitment, our portfolio of services includes much more. We are now able to offer a package of services across sales training, digital marketing, finance, HR, qualified sales enquiries, customer deposit protection and business consultancy. All of these services are designed to help our customers operate efficiently and ultimately sell more kitchens and bathrooms.”

“We have experienced a significant number of enquiries over the last 12 months and all of our teams have expanded. We have undertaken this review of our business strategy to ensure that we are robust and ready for further growth, as well as ensuring that we continue to provide the highest-quality customer service.”
