Following a huge amount of interest from retailers, BC Designs has upped its pledge to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and is now set to donate £150 to the charity for every pink Colourkast bath that's sold in October.
More than 80% of BC Designs stockists have got behind the company going pink this October and as a result, managing director Darren Allison decided that it was time to now up the stakes and aim to raise thousands of pounds instead.
Allison said: “We have had an unprecedented amount of interest in this initiative since launching it to our retailers in August.
“Knowing that so many companies are supporting us and Breast Cancer Awareness Month at a time when charities are really struggling made us want to go that bit further.
“We really hope that over the next month that we can raise a substantial amount to this worthy cause.”
The pink Colourkast option is available across all the company’s Cian baths and basins and has proven the most popular colour choice out of the eight options available.
