Franke has updated its website with an improved section for customers to register their cooker hoods, Minerva instant boiling water taps, Vital Capsule Filter taps and waste disposal units and benefit from enhanced aftersales support. 

Customers who register details of their Franke purchase in the product registration section of the brand's website will validate their warranty and receive regular email reminders relating to the upkeep of their product, such as when to change filter cartridges. 

The updated section also includes useful resources relating to Franke’s wide range of cooker hoods, Minerva and WDUs such as installation instructions, user manuals, videos and FAQs all in one dedicated area. Customers can also register and receive information about the Vital Capsule Filter tap range which already featured on the site. Each product area includes a link to TrustPilot to encourage customers to review their purchase, providing the Franke team with valuable feedback.
