CAD specialist Compusoft has announced the release of its latest Product Navigator function, which is designed to improve upselling in retail showrooms. The new function, which is within Winner Design, allows users to search using key product attributes and compare all appropriate products side-by-side. According to the company, it gives users access to useful sales material in the form of media content, so that every salesperson can sell with confidence and answer any questions their clients might have.
In addition, Product Navigator is web-enabled so it can be accessed anywhere, including on a tablet device, so it can be used while a salesperson is on the move. Key features include a search function that uses key attributes, such as product type, product features, dimensions and price, and a comparison view of different brands and models side-by-side. Added to that, there is access to media content such as videos, website links and technical drawings, plus a wish list function so that a list of a customer’s favourite products can be compiled and then directly imported into the design.
