Kitchen retailer Kütchenhaus has opened its 50th UK showroom in Potters Bar following a year of intense growth. The milestone store is situated on the High Street and officially opened its doors on Monday 14th February, and is set to serve residents across Potters Bar, Barnet, Boreham Wood, Watford, and the surrounding areas of Hertfordshire. To celebrate the occasion, the business held a ribbon cutting ceremony, featuring the owners of the showroom and Kam Bharadwa, the sales and operations manager.
Headquartered in the UK, in Rochdale, Kütchenhaus has opened over 15 showrooms in the UK during the past 12 months – a growth of 43% year-on-year. The business has also expanded into Australia and the US with four showrooms including in Sydney and Miami. To improve its offering, Kütchenhaus has implemented a 3D online planning tool and private appointments to go with its service, which has seen the specialists report a 68% increase in sales growth, which the company says is its most successful year yet.
The Potters Bar showroom is co-owned by Thana Yasotharan, Toma Navickiene and Arminas Navickas, who have more than 50 years’ experience in the kitchen and design industry between them. The store boasts 1,100sq ft of retail space, will include four kitchen displays, bathroom, bedroom and living room displays, a customisation hub where customers can personalise every inch of their kitchen, as well as high-end technology from partners AEG and Quooker to view the very latest appliances.
