Bertazzoni wins two iF Design Awards in kitchen appliances category

Italian kitchen appliance specialist Bertazzoni has received two prestigious iF Design Awards for its new Professional Series PRO95I1ECAT freestanding range cooker, and new KT90P1ANT wall-mounted hood in its unique Carbonio finish. This marks a successful first half of the year for the company, which is celebrating 140 years in 2022, with the two products coming out on top in the kitchen appliances category.

Established in 1953, the iF Design Awards recognise products that stand out in design, quality, aesthetics and innovation. The winners were selected by a panel of high-profile design experts from across the globe who evaluate products based on five key criteria: idea, form, function, differentiation, and impact.

Commenting on the achievement, Maurizio Severgnini, MD of Bertazzoni UK & Eire, said: “We’re delighted to receive not only one, but two of the prestigious iF awards. Such an achievement is significant in any year but the fact it’s happened during our 140th anniversary year is just fantastic and a testament to the core values that have carried the brand from humble beginnings to where it is today – family, food and engineering.”

The 90cm Professional Series PRO95I1ECAT freestanding range cooker is engineered to deliver optimal results. The digital programmer allows you to set the oven for any recipe, while the food probe monitors the core temperature to ensure perfect cooking. The induction hob has 5 heating zones, including 2 flex zones.

Meanwhile, the 90cm KT90P1ANT wall-mounted hood stands out for the power of its motor and for its unique and distinctive aesthetics. The special 24H function allows continuous air exchange in the kitchen.
