Küppersbusch launches new two-in-one induction hob

Küppersbusch has unveiled its new K-Series.5 model – a two-in-one induction hob level extractor, the KMI8560.0. The A+ rated 80cm sleek black hob addition is versatile and can be combined with matching appliances to create a seamless aesthetic.

The KMI8560.0 features 13 power levels with a cool white display and ‘Glide Control’ for optimum cooking control, as well as a vario induction function, which offers the opportunity to activate bridging of two zones, and grill with a ‘FlexGrill’ cookware pan on the hob as pictured above. It offers 97.7% grease removal with three pre-defined cooking levels, including melting at 42°C, ‘keep warm’ at 70°C and pasta at around 94°C, as well as an automatic boost. The new hob is also fully equipped with all the latest safety features including a ‘stop and go’ button, with ‘stop’ ensuring all zones are cut off, and 'go' reactivating them again.

The A rated integral downdraft extractor offers 10 power levels. All Küppersbusch extractors offer the option to add a self-cleaning air filter with the latest Plasma technology that ensures all cooking odours, bacteria and allergens are removed from the air. The filter is natural and doesn’t require changing, and is said by the company to convert any type of air pollution to clean air, and lasts up to 15 years.
