Sub-Zero & Wolf have introduced significant developments to what was previously known as their sales & logistics team, and which has now been renamed ‘Partner Success Team’ to reflect the recent restructuring and refocus within the department. Additionally, the former term ‘dealer' referring to Sub-Zero & Wolf displaying dealers has been revised to ‘partner’. The change took place on Friday 1st July and is a UK-led, in-house initiative.
The Partner Success Team is dedicated to offering partners the highest level of customer service within the kitchen appliance industry; ensuring their success when specifying and selling the Sub-Zero & Wolf brands via better communication and a more focussed approach.
The company believes the team’s change of name helps to clarify the team’s role, both within the Sub-Zero organisation and to the wider industry. Additionally, the previous key account manager job title will transition to 'partner success specialist' and the team will be contactable on the new email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The existing telephone number 0208 418 3855 will remain live.
Ricky Davies, director, said: “The focus for the team is to establish and grow business relationships with our partners by managing day-to-day interactions through strong, clear communication and fantastic relationships. An all-important can-do attitude ensures the team will do everything possible to support their partners. Communication is key”
Now headed up by Stephen Dellow, who began working with Sub-Zero & Wolf in 2015 as a key account manager within the sales & logistics team (as was); before working as an area sales manager since 2018. Stephen brings a wealth of valuable experience to the role of partner puccess manager, having worked on both sides of the department during his previous time with the team and more recently as an area sales manager.
Stephen Dellow said: “Over the last 7 years my experience on both sides of the business has given me a real understanding of what we at SZ&W need to do to ensure our partners have the tools needed to succeed. The last couple of years in any manufacturing industry has been challenging for various reasons and the biggest frustrations across the board has been communication. Using our pro-active approach and implementing robust processes along with new software and systems I am really excited to get stuck into my new role to deliver market leading service to our partners.”
