German kitchen manufacturer Rotpunkt has introduced a loft-style design, with new urban living-inspired finishes, to its range of climate-friendly kitchen furniture.
Designed to offer the same character as living room furniture, the kitchen features Dark Split Oak, a high-quality wood-effect melamine door with a rich timber finish and fine wood grain details, as well as the new Just Grey shade. Both are shown here in the dynamic twin-island loft-style concept featuring units from the XTend range and a run of extra-tall wall units.
Matt Phillips, head of UK operations at Rotpunkt, said: “From old factories and city apartments to period townhouses and new builds, open-plan living has prompted a new wave of loft-style furniture.
“Our new Just Grey door colour combined with our latest wood décor, Dark Split Oak, is a great example of how you can show restraint without losing any design impact. Given how natural wood cabinets are trending strong, it makes sense to pair them with evergreen shades like grey and black.”
All Rotpunkt furniture is designed and created under the company’s new ‘Together to zero’ climate strategy to reduce carbon emissions at every stage of manufacture. Just Grey and Dark Split Oak are crafted from Greenline BioBoard Gen2, the sustainable, green and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional chipboard.
