Used Kitchen Exchange (UKE) has revealed it is further extending its support for the whole KBB industry with a £15k Black Friday marketing campaign. The initiative coincides with UKE’s expansion into the bathroom market and is designed to further promote the sale of ex-display kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom furniture, alongside appliances, sanitaryware, slow-moving stock, and stock returns. The Company works on a ‘no sale – no fee’ basis so this campaign provides the perfect sales opportunity whilst consumers are in the mindset to be looking for quality products at a greatly reduced price.
Speaking about the Black Friday campaign, founder Helen Lord said: “Black Friday has quickly become the biggest retail sales moment in the UK. As a direct result of our investment in our digital marketing campaigns over the past two years during this sales period, we have increased sales by over 40% consecutively. This campaign gives a fantastic window of opportunity for businesses wishing to update their showrooms, or to sell on unwanted KBB stock items – especially when you consider for larger KBB displays you can sell now but give a forward date of three to four months before dismantle and delivery.”
Among the many retailers that UKE has partnered with over the past few years is The Kitchen Group/Nolte. Commenting about the campaign Liam Hopper, said: “We have worked with UKE for several years now, and they have been extremely successful in the clear-out of displays, especially when we sold The Kitchen Group stores to Nolte which resulted in minimum effort for us with a maximum return. The Black Friday campaign is an excellent opportunity for retailers across the KBB industry to take advantage of UKE’s exceptional service-led approach whilst benefitting from the additional consumer marketing output.”
The Black Friday promotion runs from 18th November to 2nd December and will comprise a comprehensive direct marketing campaign alongside a targeted social media strategy.
