Showerwall enhances customer experience with new website design

Following the launch of new designs earlier this year bringing its range to over 100 decors, Showerwall has introduced a new website to showcase the breadth of its collections. The refreshed website features a range of enhancements for an improved user experience and easier navigation, including two new galleries of product images and real-life customer installations for design inspiration.

Showerwall’s latest brochures, Trend Guide and RRP list are available for download on the website, plus the search function is said to make it easy for consumers to find their nearest Showerwall retailer and installer. For a streamlined search experience, the website has dedicated areas detailing the Laminate, Acrylic, Compact and accessory collections, together with market-specific information for different industry sectors. To assist professional installers and DIYers, the new site includes useful videos on how to install Showerwall panels, alongside downloadable fitting instructions.

More information and inspiration is available on the Showerwall blog, featuring articles on the latest bathroom trends, advice and Showerwall news. Customers can also benefit from the Showerwall visualiser, which allows users to preview how panel finishes, colours and trims will look when installed in a typical shower space.

The updated environment page provides the latest information on Showerwall’s sustainability credentials, from recycling to UV free inks, so homeowners can be assured they are making a sustainable choice. Customers are also able to register for their 30-year guarantee, offered on all Laminate, Acrylic and Compact panels, by entering their details and date of installation.

In addition to upgrading the website, part of Showerwall’s investment in its digital marketing includes revamping its Instagram channel and collaborating with high profile influencers to create brand awareness amongst consumers.

Steph Harris, product manager for Showerwall, said: “The Showerwall collection now stands at over 100 decors, including vertical tile, herringbone and more, and our new look website makes it even easier for consumers to be inspired and discover more about the range. The website launch follows the successful unveiling of our new designs at KBB Birmingham earlier this year, which have been tremendously well received out in the market. Many of today’s homeowners are looking to achieve low-cost stylish bathroom renovations quickly, and our new website showcases just how easy this can be with our extensive range of easy-to-fit wall panels.”
