The KBSA has announced that the website for the KBB Industry Conference 2024 is now live, with places selling fast.
The autumn event, which will include the retailer dinner on the evening before the conference – Tuesday 8th October – is taking place at the Belfry Hotel and Resort, West Midlands. The KBSA Awards Dinner will follow the conference on Wednesday 9th October.
Broadcast journalist Emma Crosby will facilitate the conference, which has a theme of empowering and enhancing excellence, and comedian Ronni Ancona is set to host the Awards dinner.
KBSA chair Richard Hibbert said: “We are delighted with the positive response to this year’s theme and are building an agenda designed to inspire and inform. The Big Debate will take place again, with a number of new elements to make this format even more engaging. Guest speakers are yet to be announced but will cover topics that are relevant to the KBB retail market. These will include sales and marketing, artificial intelligence and business coaching. We hope to attract even more retailers than last year for what will be a must attend event."
